I use to buy all mine at Pier 1- they were only $3-$4 each and seemed like good quality. But I’ve seen a good variety at Hobby Lobby, so maybe check there!

if you are making a collage in picnik, on the left side there is a color palate for the background and spacing- just highlight the white square or type in the hex code ffffff.
