It turned out really cute! I think photoshoped cards are great. They save time and look so professional, plus your family and friends would rather here from you with a computer generated card than not at all. I've also seen some cards that people attach their digital card to the front and then decorate the inside. That would be a quick way to personalize things a little bit more.
